Rationalism is "any view appealing to reason as a source of knowledge or justification".In more technical terms it is a method or a theory "in which the criterion of the truth is not sensory but intellectual and deductive"
But what is intellect ..a relative term ...It's funny how so called rationalist can influence so called educated strata by their witty and fancy words.
I'll make a correction here and not stereotype all rationalists but i have a serious question isn't it true that human mind can "rationalise any thing as per convenience"
....just need to figure out the hidden convenience though..
